Job Description:

This position will be a member of the CONNECTIONS Product test team and will be tasked with testing new enhancements to the application against user requirements, logical designs, and system design standards.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate:
* Conduct analysis on requirements to produce system testing documentation.
* Support/Participate in product test activities, included but not limited to writing test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
*Execute test runs utilizing HP Quality Center test lab and Sprinter. *Record and track defects in accordance with identified requirements. *Create/Locate/Verify data in Oracle on Connections backend via SQL Developer, TOAD, or a similar product.

Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence.

-84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field.84 months experience in coordinating written and verbal communication between technical staff and management via written status reports and recurring status meetings.

84 months of experience in developing technical and functional testing documentation including but not limited to test plans test cases and traceability matrices.

84 months experience accessing Oracle databases using SQL Developer, TOAD or a similar product.

84 months experience executing and implementing continuous testing operations utilizing micro focus ALM for test plan, manual and automated test cases creation. Including executing tests runs via ALM test lab as well as recording and tracking of defects in accordance with identified requirements.
