customers! What You'll Do: Put yourself in the mindset of the
customer, thinking beyond written requirements to what the right
solution should be for the best outcome. Play a key role as a
Scrum/Agile team member in the design, development, deployment, and
support of our web solutions. Deliver high-quality, well-tested
code that meets stated requirements, customer needs, and reflects
coding best practices. Complete assigned sprint tasks efficiently
and assist fellow team members as needed to achieve the team's
sprint and delivery goals. Be an active, vocal participant in
Scrum/Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint
review, sprint retrospective, and backlog grooming. Design
solutions for feature-level requirements. Break down work into user
stories and tasks Perform code reviews to ensure standards and best
practices are adhered to. Provide technical guidance and mentoring
to team members. Recommend and drive team process improvements. Be
a great teammate! Demonstrate team-oriented behaviors: respectful,
accountable, reliable, helpful, good communicator, and open-minded.
Position Qualifications Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, a related field, or relevant work experience.
Minimum Experience: 5+ years' experience in software application
development 4+ years' experience in an agile development
environment Required Technical: NET development experience .NET
Framework/Core MVC or WEB API REST API services C# development
experience SQL database experience Agile team environment
experience (ex: SCRUM, Kanban) Source control experience and
branching (ex: Git, SVN, TFVC) Ability to problem-solve as part of
a team and implement solutions Willingness and ability to drive
engineering discussions and mentor junior team members Preferred
Technical: Microsoft Azure Platform & Services (ex: Function Apps,
Key Vault, ServiceBus) Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Power Platform
ETL tools and implementation (ex: SSIS, Informatica) DevOps
experience Test Driven Development (TDD) Experience with agile
software project tools (ex: Azure DevOps, Jira) Experience creating
CI/CD build and deploy pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps
Experience in the healthcare industry Understanding of data privacy
and security principles and how they apply to insurance digital
systems and solutions Ability to Reverse engineer already
established code bases to fit into new initiatives Personal
