Experience Operations Analyst to join our growing Revenue
Operations team. This role is crucial for developing the
operational foundation of our Customer Experience organization,
acting as the connective tissue between technical Solutions
Architects, the Sales organization, and the operational teams
essential for smooth business function. This role is vital for
ensuring our technical, pre-sale through delivery, operational
processes scale with our rapid growth. About the Role: This role
will act as an operational backbone for our Customer Experience
function, bringing structure and clarity to a complex, fast-moving
environment. You will manage the systems, processes, and workflows
that support customer delivery, onboarding, and overall operational
excellence. This role requires close collaboration across Revenue
Operations, Accounting, Engineering, and Customer Experience to
deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will be energized
by solving complex problems at the intersection of technology and
operations. Who You Are: Experience: 5-7 years of experience in
customer experience/solutions operations, business operations, or a
similar role—ideally in cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or AI/ML
environments. System Management: Proven experience managing
workflows and data across systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, or
similar platforms. Technical Bridge: Strong ability to bridge
technical and operational conversations, working effectively with
engineers and business stakeholders. Analytical Mindset: Analytical
and systems-minded thinker, capable of turning data into actionable
insight. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. Preferred: Previous experience with cloud infrastructure
concepts (e.g., Kubernetes, container orchestration, and AI/ML
infrastructure). Familiarity with DevOps or AI/ML tooling (e.g.,
SUNK, Terraform, Helm, or related platforms). Willingness to work
in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office) Wondering if

for this role is $75,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be
determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and
market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal
equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary,
our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity
awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on
