The candidate will regularly be involved in representing financial institutions acting as corporate trustees and acting in other agency and/or fiduciary capacities in domestic and global financings.Client DetailsOur client, founded in 1805 is a full-service law firm with 24 practice areas, is looking to expand their Corporate Trust group in New York through the addition of a Securities associate attorney. DescriptionWork will include transactions one or more of the following areas:

• Trust Indenture Act qualified transactions
• Rule 144A and Reg S offerings
• debt restructurings
• corporate and municipal bond financings
• asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations
• insurance linked products
• cross-border transactions
• project finance transactions
• secured high-yield debt transactions
• third-party agency appointmentsProfile
  • Juris Doctor degree (JD), flexible on class year
  • New York State Bar Admission or ability to wave in
  • Corporate Securities law experience
