Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Corporate Attorney
specializing in Transactions and M&A to join our legal team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate
law, with a focus on commercial contracts and mergers and
acquisitions. This position involves providing legal advice and
support to ensure successful business transactions and compliance
with relevant laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities - Draft,
review, and negotiate commercial contracts and transaction
documents - Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance
matters - Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions -
Assist in structuring and executing complex business transactions -
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess legal risks and
develop strategies - Manage relationships with external counsel and
stakeholders involved in transactions Qualifications - Juris Doctor
(JD) degree from an accredited law school - Licensed to practice
law in the relevant jurisdiction - Minimum of 5 years of experience
in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and transactions - Strong
understanding of commercial contracts and corporate governance -
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team - For this
position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
