Job Description Job Description Dispatch and Compliance Administrator $22–$25/hr | 1st Shift (7 AM – 4 PM) Are you someone who likes keeping things organized and running smoothly? This role puts you at the center of operations—making sure every load, every driver, and every record is accurate and on time. You’ll: Weigh and track materials coming in and going out. Process bills of lading, freight invoices, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with drivers, haulers, and the logistics team to keep operations running on time. Keep records accurate and follow all safety and compliance rules. You’re a fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED. Have some industrial or logistics experience (preferred). Are organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Enjoy solving problems and helping a team succeed. Comfortable using computer systems and keeping accurate documentation.
