Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Program Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities Include:Educate prospective program participants throughout the intake and onboarding process about the organization, services, and program requirements through orientation.
Act as the continued liaison and main point of contact for the organization providing program customer service and administrative support to program participants.
Provide excellent customer service and administrative support, including but not limited to, program participant orientation and training, enrollment, the coordination and completion of required agreements, and resolving program participant issues.
Direct program participants throughout the onboarding process and oversee the completion of their requirements to ensure program compliance is maintained.
Utilize software and databases to maintain files, lists, spreadsheets, charts, and tracking dates.
Compile, complete, and submit relevant reports, data, and statistics, such as demographics, utilization, and program usage, as required by the Program Manager.

Qualifications:Possess a current, valid New York State driver's license with the mode of own transportation, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be customer service-driven and possess empathy and emotional intelligence.
Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, telephone, documentation, and communication skills.
Must possess competent computer skills.
Must be able to work independently setting own priorities based upon approved goals with minimum supervision.
Attention to detail is required including excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
