Office Assistant/Inside Sales:
Busy, small manufacturing company looking for career minded Office
Assistant with a focus on Inside Sales & Marketing.
Applicant must be:
- Well organized
- Able to learn our Product Line
- Have initiative and be self-directed
- Have Customer Service skills.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Taking, entering & invoicing orders
- Accounts payable
- General Office Support
- Learning and having knowledge of our Product Line is a must to be
able to assist customers
- Creating and sending out our Constant Contact Newsletters
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
* Yearly bonus
Weekly day range:
* Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
