Job Description:
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field and
three years of experience in the evaluation and/or analysis of
health, human services or related programs and/or fields; OR an
Associate's degree in a related field and five years of such
experience; OR seven years of such experience. A Master's degree in
a related field may substitute for one year of such experience.This
position requires that the incumbent will report to the official
work location and live within commuting distance to the official
work location. Telecommuting may not be available. If telecommuting
is available, the incumbent will be required to have a
telephone/mobile device, and internet access.Health Research,

QualificationsExperience in the collection and evaluation of data
for review and analysis to address the needs of public health
programs; experience working with large population-based data sets
and/or disease registries; experience with the management of
confidential data; experience with data analysis using SAS or other
analytical software. At least two years of epidemiologic
experience; working knowledge of public health surveillance
systems. Experience using Excel and other data management
tools.ResponsibilitiesThe Evaluation Specialist Ill will perform
and coordinate all Uninsured Care Program (UCP) related
surveillance activities; matches between UCP, HIV surveillance data
and AI comprehensive matches; analyze and report results of the
match; perform ad-hoc data requests for UCP; develop and maintain
the protocol for rapid access to surveillance data; develop and
disseminate routine BHAE HIV surveillance data and special reports;
develop and implement HIV/AIDS epidemiological research studies;
