As an Assistant in the Physician Recruitment Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified physicians for the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of the recruitment process to ensure the successful acquisition of skilled medical professionals.
Principal Responsibilities:
+ Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
+ Prepare any pertinent documentation for the interview or onboarding process.
+ Enter and maintain accurate candidate/new hire data into databases and spreadsheets.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment activities.
+ Communicate with candidates to provide information about the organization, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
+ Assist in sourcing and identifying potential physician candidates through various channels such as online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
+ Schedule interviews, coordinate travel arrangements, and manage candidate communication.
+ Communicate with candidates to provide information about the organization, job opportunities, and the recruitment process.
+ Assist in the onboarding process for newly hired physicians, including paperwork, orientation schedules, and other logistical details.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications and Ideal Characteristics
+ HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience.
+ Proficient with computer/software applications.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
+ Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
