Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the firm’s visibility and client engagement. This position requires a creative individual with expertise in graphic design and the ability to analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns and measure effectiveness. Compensation: $50,000 - $58,000 yearly Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Work under the supervision of the Director of Marketing and Business Development. - Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media graphics, presentations, and website content to ensure consistent branding. - Collaborate with attorneys and staff to create compelling content that supports business development and client retention efforts. - Update the firm’s website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging. - Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to provide actionable insights. - Assist in planning and executing in-person events, webinars, and other promotional activities. - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized marketing projects. - Maintain marketing databases for various email and direct mail campaigns. - Stay current with industry trends and best practices in legal marketing. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field. - Proven experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing platforms. Experience using Clio Grow preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not required. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
