Job Description:

Experis' Client is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a long-term contract assignment in Albany, NY. Client does require on-site work 1 day per week (other 4 days are remote and can be in Albany or any other location) - all candidates must be willing to work 1 day per week in Albany starting "day 1" (this will increase with time). Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (requirements analysis, identifying, documenting and validating requirements for continuous integration and deployment)
• 4+ years experience reporting and presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
• 4+ years of experience working in the NYC Welfare system.
• 4+ years of experience on projects analyzing, extracting, transforming, and documenting legacy systems' functionality, system logic, and business rules.
• 4+ years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements on a mainframe modernization project covering multiple complex functional domains.
• 4+ years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, with a focus on the Human Service domain including eligibility, enrollment, and case management of SNAP, HEAP, PA, & Child Care. Duties/Responsibilities:
  • As Is Process Analysis and Use Case Evaluation BA with NYC welfare experience: identify, document and validate system requirements on a mainframe modernization project covering multiple complex functional domains, analyze system logic and business rules. - provided by Dice
