Job Description :Nesco Resource is currently recruiting for an Assembler for a full-time, temporary-to-hire position with a small company in the Troy, NY area.--Candidates with soldering experience are encouraged to apply!Requirements :

• --$18 per hour, If hired, after 30 days of full-time employment, health care coverage covered at 90% to 100%, depending on the plan they choose. Within 6 months, they will be eligible to participate in our 401K plan which has a 5% match. We also do monthly bonuses, which they would be eligible for within 1 year of full-time employment if they are meeting their job duty standards. There is also overtime available during certain periods throughout the year. There is room for growth as we introduce new products as well. The following is an outline of what they can expect for this position.
• Seal receiver collars; as per instructions
• Build assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Performs a wide range of skilled repetitive mechanical assembly operations in support of production projects.
• Completes all required paperwork.
• Supports cycle count activity and inventory handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• The following skills and qualifications are helpful.
• Experience soldering
• Have reliable transportation.
• Experience working with various hand tools.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and with a team on projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
• Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work in a changing and fast paced environment.
• Drive, determination, and ability to hit aggressive milestones/deadlines.
