About NYCREATES:NY CREATES is a leading research and development hub as well as a commercialization facilitator in advanced digital, analog, and power technologies.Job Description:NY Creates is looking for a Facilities Electrician to work as an integral part of a team that is responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems for a large multi building campus. Duties to include but not limited to the following: Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of medium and low voltage electrical systems, fire alarm, security, and HVAC control systems, and transformers.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial medium and low voltage electrical systems i.e. fire alarm, security, and mechanical systems.Installation of conduit, raceways, wiring, fusing, circuit breakers and other forms of current limiting devices.Requirements:Five (5) years of work experience as a Journeyman Electrician.Working knowledge of digital multi-meters, meggers, variable frequency drives, NFPA 70E and OSHA regulations.The ability to work from drawings and diagram electrical circuitry, etc.This is an essential personnel position for the maintenance and operation of the campus during an emergency situation.Don't meet every requirement?
