Job Description:

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life--The main function of this position is to perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywell customers.-- These customers will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associated computer systems.-- The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.----Job Duties--Perform preventative maintenance and escalate issues found accordingly--Verify system functionality to ensure proper operation--Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues--Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations----Proper use of safety personal protection equipment--Security and other clearances as required by customer--Basic Qualifications--Technical aptitude and/or trainingCan identify/use trade tools appropriately--Ability to work independently up to 25% of the timeSome knowledge of basic electrical, fire system, sensors, or robotics principals--High School Diploma or equivalent--Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays--Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell------Preferred Qualifications--1+ year of experienceExperience with preventative maintenance--COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
