Customer Service RepresentativeWe are looking to add a world
class Customer Service Representative to our team. This individual
will be trained to provide information on products/services,
resolve problems and take orders with accuracy and efficiency. If

apply! Hourly rate: Status: Full TimeHours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday

lunches per weekCustomer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Effectively manage a large number of customer inquiries through a
variety of channels including phone, email, website live chat, and
face-to-face interactions. Quietly and discreetly messaging or
calling employees who are requested by guests to see if they are
free/would like to meet with guests. Identify and assess customers'
needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of
trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate,
valid, and complete information Meet personal/team sales targets
and call handling quotas Handle complaints, provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to
ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process
customer accounts, and file documents Follow communication
procedures, guidelines, and policies Go the extra mile to engage
customers and create strong relationships Answer/respond to emails,
work related text messages, and google chats in a timely
mannerCustomer Service Representative Requirements: Proven customer
support experience Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of inquiries and
personalities High school degree or equivalent requiredAssociates
degree preferred Customer Service Representative Skills: Excellent
communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal skills
Professional telephone skills and communications skills are
essential Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
effectively Listening Skills Positive Attitude Ability to Work
Under Pressure Computer Skill
