Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring an Outside Sales Executive to sell IT Managed Services and Cyber Security Solutions across the Capital Region and NYS.

You do not need industry experience, but you must have a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with a strong network of business owners in the Capital Region to qualify!



Hours and Benefits for the Outside Sales Executive:

• Base Salary between $75,000-$85,000 plus uncapped commissions! Year one OTE is $120,000!

  Responsibilities for the Outside Sales Executive:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Generate qualified leads through various outbound prospecting methods.
    
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide relevant services information and quotes.
    
  • Work individually and collaboratively to meet monthly sales incentives.

    Requirements for the Outside Sales Executive:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Associates Degree required.
      
    • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in B2B sales. Experience cold calling required.
      
    • Experience prospecting and lead generating.
      
    • Experience cultivating and building client relationships.
      
    • Strong verbal and written communication.
      
    • Experience meeting or exceeding monthly incentives.
      
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
