Job Title: Community Sales Specialist Compensation: $60k-$70k/year Commission (based on move-ins) Location: Guilderland, NY Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (occasional weekends) Why join us? As a Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of our community, guiding prospects through an exciting journey from first inquiry to move-in. This role blends strategic outreach, relationship-building, and event-driven marketing to drive occupancy and elevate our brand.
